The Grandmaster Nightfall Strikes are back in Destiny 2 Season of the Wish. Here's everything you need to know about it.

Destiny 2 offers a multitude of PvE activities for players to pursue after finishing seasonal and expansion story content. The three-player Strikes are arguably one of the most popular activities of them all; and Grandmaster Nightfall Strikes are the pinnacle difficulty, with possible drops for Ascendant Shards and Adept weapons.
In every season of Destiny 2 Bungie makes six Strikes available to pursue at Grandmaster difficulty, and just below you'll find the rotations and rewards for Destiny 2 in Season of the Witch, starting with the Grandmaster Nightfall Strike available this week.
Destiny 2 Grandmaster Nightfall This Week
The Grandmaster Nightfall in Destiny 2 this week is 'Lake of Shadows' and will reward players with Undercurrent Exotic Grenade Launcher.
As a reminder, this Grandmaster Nightfall will only be available for one week, from the release of the Weekly Reset on 30 January 2024 until the conclusion of the next Destiny 2 Weekly Reset on 6 February 2024.
Grandmaster Nightfall Power Level Requirements In Season 23
If you’re considering running a Destiny 2 Grandmaster Nightfall you'll need to be aware of just how difficult it is and make sure you're at the recommended power level to have any hope of surviving.
Below you'll find the recommended power level for the Grandmaster Nightfall in Season 22, as well as the enemy power level you'll be facing:
- Recommended Power Level - 1815
- Enemies Power Level - 1840

Nightfall Weapon Rewards In Season 23
With every season there are several Nightfall weapons available week to week. For the time being here are the weapons we know are available in season 23:
Aside from the weapons featured above, completing Nightfall Strikes at Grandmaster difficulty will reward players with an Ascendant Shard. These can be used to purchase Exotic gear from the Monuments to Lost Lights and masterwork armor. Players may also get a high-stat piece of Exotic Armor they already own.
